Van rental conditions
1. If the vehicle is not returned on time There will be an hourly fine of 535 baht per hour if the return is 5 hours or more late. The price will be calculated for 1 day.
2. In the case of continuing to rent a car (Increase the number of days from the contract) Please inform us 6 hours in advance and pay the rental immediately.
3. Gasoline : Get a car with a full tank of gas. Return the car with a full tank of gas. When returning the car and not adding gas to the car If there is time left, customers can bring their cars to refuel. But if it is not convenient, the company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, including the actual cost of water added.
4. Car insurance The car has first class insurance that is included with the car. It does not include opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW special insurance, in the event of a crash, you will receive the deposit back as usual. Special SCDW insurance starting at daily = 535-1,070 baht/day, monthly = 10,700-21,400 baht/month is an option, can choose to purchase more.
5. Smoking in the car: fine 3,210 baht.
6. Bringing pets into the car will result in a fine of 1,070 baht.
7. Forget the keys in the car. Fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to distance.
8. Lost keys, initial fine 10,700 baht.
9. In the case of requesting a replacement vehicle during use The cost of the replacement car is 3,210 baht/time.
