Mercedes-Benz self-drive rental
1. Minimum car rental for 1 day. Counting 1 day of car rental, you can rent for 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1 at 10:00 a.m. and return the car on June 2 at 10:00 a.m., it is considered a 1-day car rental. If you return the car late, there will be an hourly fee of 856-1,070 baht per hour. If you return the car 5 hours or more late, it will be charged for 1 day.
2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.
3. Fuel : Pick up the car with full fuel, return the car with full fuel. When returning the car and not filling it with fuel, if there is time left, the customer can return the car with fuel first. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a fee of 321 baht plus the actual fuel cost.
4. Payment by bank transfer only (cash is not accepted).
5. Business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
6. Car insurance: The car comes with first-class insurance, excluding opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW insurance, if there is an accident, you will receive a normal deposit back. SCDW special insurance starts at Daily = 856 - 1,070 baht/day, Monthly = 16,050 - 21,400 baht/month. It is an option that you can purchase additionally.
7. The deposit will be returned within 24 hours after returning the car. It will be transferred to the renter's account.
8. Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.
9. Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.
10. Forgetting the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.
11. Lost the key, initial fine 21,400 baht.
12. In the case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time.
13. Do not take the car out of Thailand.
14. Do not rent a car to pawn.
Mercedes-Benz rental with driver
1. Rent a car with a driver, service 10 hours/day, for example, start work (pick up customers) at 08.00 am., end work (drop off customers) at 6.00 pm.
2. If it is overtime, an additional OT fee of 856 - 1,070 baht/hour will be charged.
3. Car rental price does not include fuel, expressway and parking fees. (customers pay for the actual cost)
4. The last service time is 9.00 pm. If it is overtime, an additional 856 - 1,070 baht/hour will be charged.
5. The earliest service time is 07.00 am. If it starts earlier, an additional 856 - 1,070 baht/hour will be charged.
6. In the case of going to other provinces and staying overnight, there is an additional service fee of 1,070 baht/night. During the night, the driver must work no later than 9.00 pm. (to allow the driver to rest and be able to provide service the next day)
7. If traveling a long distance, the driver must stop the car every 2 hours during the trip.
8. The maximum speed is not more than 120 km/hour.
9. The renter does not need to pay the driver for food and accommodation.
10. Smoking is prohibited in the car.
11. Drinking alcohol or taking drugs is prohibited in the car.
12. Do not bring illegal items into the car.
13. Do not travel to dangerous areas such as flooded areas, landslide areas, fire areas, protest areas.
