1. Minimum car rental for 1 day. Counting 1 day of car rental, you can rent for 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1 at 10:00 a.m. and return the car on June 2 at 10:00 a.m., it is considered a 1-day car rental. If you return the car late, there will be an hourly fee of 535-1,070 baht per hour. If you return the car 5 hours or more late, it will be charged for 1 day.

2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.

3. Fuel: Receive the car with a full tank of fuel, return the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car and not filling up the car with fuel, if there is time left, the customer can bring the car to fill up the car with fuel. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, plus the actual fuel fee.

7. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car. It will be transferred to the renter's account.

8. Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.

9. Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.

10. Forgetting the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.

11. Lost the key, initial fine starting at 10,700 baht.

12. In the case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time.

13. Do not take the car out of Thailand.

14. Do not rent a car to pawn.
