*In the case that company directors do not use their own cars* request additional documents as follows:
1.Power of attorney with important messages as follows
1.1 Make a car rental contract
1.2 To take delivery of the car and use the car.
2. ID card of the attorney
3. Driving license of the attorney
Conditions for luxury car rental
1. Rent a car for a minimum of 1 day. Counting the days of renting a car for 1 day can be rented for 24 hours. For example, picking up the car on June 1 at 10:00 a.m. and returning the car on June 2 at 10:00 a.m. is considered to be renting a car for 1 day if returning the car. Not on time There will be an hourly fine of 535 baht per hour if the return is 5 hours or more late. The price will be calculated for 1 day.
2. In the case of continuing to rent a car (Increase the number of days from the contract) Please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental immediately.
3. Electrical charging Get the full electric train Return the train in full. When returning the car and not charging the electricity back If there is time left, customers can take their car to recharge the night before. But if it's not convenient, the company will charge 321 baht, including the actual electric charging fee.
4. Payment by money transfer only. (Cash not accepted)
5. Business hours 08.00-20.00 hrs.
6. Car insurance the car has first class insurance that is included with the car. It does not include opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW special insurance, in the event of a crash, you will receive the deposit back as usual. Special SCDW insurance starting at daily = 1,070 baht/day, monthly = 21,400 baht/month is an option, can choose to purchase more.
7. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the vehicle. It will be transferred to the renter's account.
8. Smoking in the car: fine 3,210 baht
9. Bringing pets into the car costs a fine of 1,070 baht.
10. Forget the keys in the car. Fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to distance.
11. Lost keys, initial fine 21,400 baht
12. In the case of requesting a replacement vehicle during use the cost of the replacement car is 3,210 baht/time.
13. Do not take cars out of Thailand.
14. Do not rent a car to pawn.
