Self-drive BMW rental

1. Minimum car rental for 1 day. The car rental day is 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1st at 10:00 a.m. and return it on June 2nd at 10:00 a.m., which is considered a 1-day car rental. If the car is not returned on time, there will be an hourly fee of 856 baht per hour. If the car is returned 5 hours or more late, the price will be 1 day.

2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.

3. Fuel : When the car is returned with full fuel, the car is returned with full fuel. If the car is returned but the fuel is not filled, if there is time left, the customer can return the car with fuel first. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a fee of 321 baht, plus the actual fuel cost.

4. Payment by bank transfer only. (no cash)

BMW rental with a driver

1. Rent a car with a driver, service 10 hours/day, for example, start work (pick up customers) at 8.00 am. finish work (drop off customers) at 6.00 pm.

2. If it is overtime, an additional OT fee of 856 baht/hour will be charged.

3. Car rental price does not include fuel, expressway and parking fees. (customers pay for themselves at actual cost)

4. The last service time is 9.00 pm. If it is overtime, an additional 856 baht/hour will be charged.

5. The earliest service time is 7.00 am. If it starts earlier, an additional 856 baht/hour will be charged.

6. In the case of traveling to other provinces and staying overnight, there is an additional charge of 1,070 baht/night. During the night, the driver must work no later than 9.00 pm. (to allow the driver to rest and be able to provide service the next day)

7. If traveling long distances, the driver must stop the car every 2 hours.

8. The maximum speed is no more than 120 km/hour.

9. Food and accommodation cost the renter does not need to pay the driver extra.

10. No smoking in the car.

11. No drinking alcohol or taking drugs in the car.

12. No bringing illegal items on the car.

13. No traveling to dangerous areas such as flooded areas, landslide areas, fire areas, protest areas.
