Want to rent pickup truck to self-drive what is required ?

- For business owners/companies/legal entities

1. Latest company certificate, not older than 3 months

2. Passport of authorized signatory

3. Value Added Tax Registration Certificate (Por Por 20)

In the case that the company's director does not use the car himself, request additional documents as follows :

1. Power of attorney, with the following important information:

1.1 To make a car rental contract

1.2 To receive and use the car

2. ID card of the authorized signatory

3. Driver's license of the authorized signatory

What are the conditions for renting pickup truck ?

1. Minimum car rental for 1 day. Counting 1 day of car rental is 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1 at 10:00 a.m. and return the car on June 2 at 10:00 a.m., it is considered a 1-day car rental. If the car is not returned on time, there will be an hourly fee of 321 baht per hour. If the car is returned 5 hours or more late, it will be considered a 1-day rental.

2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.

3. Fuel : Pick up the car with full fuel, return the car with full fuel. When returning the car and not filling up the fuel, if there is time left, the customer can take the car to fill up the fuel first. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a fee of 321 baht plus the actual fuel cost.

4. Payment by bank transfer only. (cash is not accepted)

5. Business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

6. Car insurance: The car has first-class insurance that comes with the car, excluding opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW insurance, if there is an accident, the deposit will be returned as normal. Special insurance SCDW starts at Daily = 321 baht/day Monthly = 10,700 baht/month is an option that can be purchased additionally.

7. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car, transferred to the renter's account.

8. Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.

9. Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.

10. Forgetting the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.

11. Lost the key, initial fine 10,700 baht.

12. In case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time.

13. Do not take the car out of Thailand.

14. Do not rent a car to pawn.
