What are the conditions for monthly electric car rental ?

Self drive rental

1. Renting an EV for 1 month is equivalent to a rental period of 30 days. Counting 1 day of car rental, you can rent for 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1st at 10:00 a.m. and return it on June 2nd at 10:00 a.m., it is considered a 1-day car rental. If you return the car late, there will be an hourly fee of 535-856 baht per hour. If you return the car later than 5 hours, it will be charged for 1 day.

2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.

3. Charging the car, receive the electric car fully, return the electric car fully. When returning the car and not charging it back, if there is time left, the customer can take the car to charge first. But if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a fee of 321 baht plus the actual charging fee.

4. Car insurance The car has insurance. 1. Included with the car, excluding opportunity cost, if purchasing additional SCDW special insurance, if there is an accident, the deposit will be returned normally. SCDW special insurance = 10,700-16,050 baht/month is an option that can be purchased additionally.

5. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car, which will be transferred to the renter's account.

6. Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.

7. Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.

8. Forgetting the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.

9. Lost the key, initial fine 10,700-21,400 baht.

10. In the case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time, which can be picked up at the branch.

11. Rental cars can only be used in Thailand.

12. Do not rent a car to pawn.

Rent with a driver

1. Rent a car with a driver, service 10 hours/day, for example, start work (pick up customers) at 08.00, finish work (drop off customers) at 17.00.

2. If overtime, an additional OT fee of 321-856 baht/hour will be charged.

3. Car rental price does not include electricity charging, expressway fees, and parking fees (customers pay the actual cost).

4. In the case of traveling to other provinces and staying overnight, there is an additional service fee of 1,070 baht/night. During the night, the driver must work no later than 21.00 (to allow the driver to rest and be able to provide service the next day).

5. If traveling long distances, the driver must stop the car every 2 hours.

6. Do not smoke in the car, drink alcohol, or take drugs in the car.

7. Do not bring illegal items into the car.

8. Do not travel to dangerous areas, such as flooded areas, landslide areas, fire areas, protest areas.

Electric vehicle charging station

2. Bangkok-Chanthaburi

On the way back, recharge at PTT EV STATION, Sanguan Sin Energy Branch, Chanthaburi and run back to Bangkok.

3. Bangkok-Khon Kaen

On the way to the charging station is PTT Charging Station, Khon Kaen, where the battery will have about 10-15% left. You can stop by to charge at this station and in Khon Kaen city.
