Conditions for renting an Alphard with a driver

• Renting a car with a driver is available for 10 hours/day.
• If it exceeds working hours, an additional OT fee of 856 baht/hour will be charged.
• The car rental fee does not include fuel, expressways, and parking fees (customers pay the actual cost).
• In the case of traveling to other provinces and staying overnight, there is an additional service fee of 1,070 baht/night. During the night,

• The renter does not need to pay the driver for food and accommodation.

Conditions for renting a self-driving Alpachrd car

• Minimum car rental of 1 day. The car rental day is counted as 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1st at 10:00 a.m. and return the car on June 2nd at 10:00 a.m., which is considered a 1-day car rental. If the car is not returned on time, there will be an hourly fee of 1,070 baht per hour. If the return is more than 5 hours late, the price will be 1 day.
• In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.
• Fuel: Receive the car with a full tank of fuel, return the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car and not refueling the car, if there is time left, the customer can take the car to refuel. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, plus the actual fuel fee.
• Car insurance: The car has first-class insurance that comes with the car, excluding opportunity costs. If you purchase additional SCDW insurance, if there is an accident, you will receive the deposit back as usual. Special insurance SCDW = 1,070 baht/day and 21,400 baht/month is an option that can be purchased additionally.
• The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car, transferred to the renter's account.
• Do not bring food or strong-smelling items into the car.
• Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht
• Bringing pets into the car, fine 1,070 baht
• Forgetting the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance
