Documents required for car rental

1. Prepare important documents (personal)

- Have a citizen ID card

- Passport (for foreigners)

- Driver's license

- Credit card

If you don't have a credit card
: Find a co-renter who has a credit card, receive the car and sign the contract together

: Use other documents of the renter
- 1 month's latest pay slip
- Statement of salary

2. Documents of the renter (in the name of the company)
- The latest company certificate, not more than 3 months old
- Value Added Tax Registration Certificate (Por Por 20)
- The ID card of the company's director *In the case that the company's director does not own the car and uses it himself, a power of attorney is required*

What are the conditions?

• Rent a car for a minimum of 1 day (24 hours). If you return the car late, there will be a starting fee of 535-1,070 baht per hour. If you are late for more than 5 hours, it will be counted as 1 day.

• Renting a car for an additional 6 hours in advance and paying immediately.

• Fuel: Full tank when picking up and returning the car. If you do not fill it up, there will be a service fee of 321 baht, along with the actual fuel cost.

• Business hours: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

• Insurance: The car has first-class insurance. However, if there is an accident, there will be an opportunity cost based on the days the car was parked for repairs. Or you can buy additional SCDW insurance, starting at 535 baht/day, no need to pay for lost opportunity costs if you crash

• Deposit refunded within 24 hours after returning the car, in case of bank transfer

• Fine for smoking in the car 3,210 baht, bringing pets in the car 1,070 baht, forgetting the keys in the car 3,210 baht + travel expenses, losing the keys 10,700 baht, replacement car 3,210 baht/time

• Do not take the car out of the country and do not rent the car to pawn
