If you are interested in renting car in Bangkok, what documents are required ?

- International Driver's License or in the renter's country

- Company certificate not older than 90 days, signed by the director and stamped by the company
- VAT registration form (Por Bor 20), signed by the director and stamped by the company
- Passport and the driver's license of the authorized director
- Power of attorney in case the director authorizes another person to receive the car on his/her behalf, stating: 1. Authorize to sign the car rental contract 2. Authorize to receive and use the car
- ID card and driver's license of the authorized person
Self-drive car rental Bangkok with us has important conditions that you must know before renting as follows :
1. Minimum car rental of 1 day. Counting the days of car rental 1 day, you can rent for 24 hours.
2. In case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please inform 6 hours in advance and pay the full rental fee.
3. The company delivers the car with a full tank of gas. When returning the car, fill it up with gas and follow it. If you do not return the gas, there will be a charge for the actual gas + 321 baht service.
4. Electric cars return the electricity level of 85% or more. If you do not charge it back, there will be a charge for the actual electricity + 321 baht service.
5. Car insurance The car has a first-class insurance that comes with the car, excluding opportunity costs.
6. If you purchase additional SCDW insurance, if there is an accident, you will get the deposit back as usual. SCDW special insurance starts at 535 baht/day and 10,700 baht/month.
7. The deposit will be returned within 24 hours after returning the car. Transferred to the renter's account.
8. Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.
9. Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.
10. Lost the key, fine starts at 10,700 baht, depending on the rental car model.
11. In case of requesting a replacement car during use, the replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time. The renter must pick up the car at the office.
12. The rental car can only be used in Thailand.
