Conditions for renting an Alphard with a driver

1. Rent a car with a driver, service 10 hours/day
2. If overtime, an additional OT fee of 856 baht/hour will be charged
3. Car rental price does not include fuel, expressway and parking fees (customers pay the actual cost)
4. If starting work in the afternoon, the last service time is 21.00 hrs. If overtime, an additional 856 baht/hour will be charged
5. If starting work in the morning, the earliest service time is 07.00 hrs. If starting earlier, an additional 856 baht/hour will be charged
6. In the case of traveling to other provinces and staying overnight, there is an additional charge of 1,070 baht/night. During the night, the driver must work no later than 21.00 hrs. (to allow the driver to rest and be able to provide service the next day)
7. If traveling long distances, the driver may have to stop the car every 2 hours

Terms and conditions for renting an Alphard car for self-driving

1. Rent a car for a minimum of 1 day. If the car is not returned on time, there will be an hourly fine of 1,070 baht per hour. If the return is more than 5 hours late, it will be considered a 1-day rate.
2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.
3. Fuel: Receive the car with a full tank of fuel. Return the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car and not filling up the tank, if there is time left, the customer can bring the car to refuel. But if it is not convenient, the company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, including the actual water fee.
