Conditions for renting an Alphard with a driver
1. Renting a car with a driver is available for 10 hours/day.
2. If it exceeds working hours, an additional OT fee of 856 baht/hour will be charged.
3. The car rental fee does not include fuel, expressways, and parking fees (customers pay the actual cost).
4. If starting work in the afternoon, the last service time is 21:00. If it exceeds that time, an additional 856 baht/hour will be charged.
5. If starting work in the morning, the earliest service time is 07:00. If starting earlier, an additional 856 baht/hour will be charged.
6. In the case of traveling to other provinces and staying overnight, there is an additional charge of 1,070 baht/night. During the night, the driver must work no later than 21:00 (to allow the driver to rest and be able to provide service the next day).
7. If traveling long distances, the driver may have to stop the car every 2 hours.
8. The maximum speed is no more than 120 km/hour.
9. Cost of food and accommodation The renter does not need to pay the driver extra.
10. Do not smoke in the car.
11. Do not drink alcohol or take drugs in the car.
12. Do not bring illegal items into the car.

Conditions for renting an Alphard car for self-driving
1. Rent a car for a minimum of 1 day. Counting the days of renting a car for 1 day, rent for 24 hours, for example, pick up the car on June 1 at 10:00 a.m., return the car on June 2 at 10:00 a.m., it is considered a 1-day car rental. If the car is not returned on time, there will be an hourly fine of 1,070 baht per hour. If the return is more than 5 hours late, it will be considered a 1-day rate.
2. In the case of extending the car rental (adding more days than specified in the contract), please notify 6 hours in advance and pay the rental fee immediately.
3. Fuel: Receive the car with a full tank of fuel. Return the car with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car and not filling up the tank, if there is time left, the customer can bring the car to refuel. But if it is not convenient, the company will charge a service fee of 321 baht, including the actual water fee.

6. Car insurance The car has a first-class insurance that comes with the car, excluding opportunity costs.
