What are the conditions for renting a car?

Foreign tourists

Legal entities
1. National ID card of authorized director
2. Driver's license of authorized director
3. Latest company certificate not older than 3 months
4. Value-added tax registration certificate (Por Por 20)
*In the case that the director does not use the car himself*, the following additional documents are requested:
1. Power of attorney (sign the car rental contract, receive the car, use the car, and return the car)

What are the conditions for car rental?
• Rent a car for a minimum of 1 day (24 hours). If you return the car late, there will be a fine starting at 535 baht per hour, and if you are late for more than 5 hours, it will be counted as 1 day.
• Renting a car must be notified 6 hours in advance and paid immediately.
• Fuel: pick up and return the car with a full tank. If you do not fill it up, there will be a service charge of 321 baht, along with the actual fuel charge.
• Business hours: 08.00-20.00
• Insurance: The car has class 1 insurance, but if there is an accident, there will be an opportunity cost based on the day the car is parked for repairs, or you can purchase additional SCDW insurance. Starting price: 535 baht/day. If there is an accident, you do not have to pay an opportunity cost.
• Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car in the case of a bank transfer.
• Fines: Smoking in the car: 3,210 baht, Pets in the car: 1,070 baht, Forgot the keys in the car: 3,210 baht + Travel expenses, Lost the keys: 10,700 baht, Replacement car: 3,210 baht/time
• Do not take the car out of the country and do not rent the car to pawn.
