1. Renting a car starts at 1 day or more, counting as a 24-hour rental.

2. Return the car with a full tank of gas. When returning the car, the renter will also fill it up. If the car is returned with an incomplete tank of gas, the actual fuel fee will be charged + a service fee of 321 baht.

3. Returning the car later than the specified time will incur a fine of 535 baht/hour. Over 5 hours will be counted as another day.

4. Do not take the car out of Thailand.

5. Do not smoke or bring illegal items into the car. The starting fine is 3,210 baht.

6. If you want to continue renting a car from the original contract, please notify 1-2 days before the contract ends so that the officer can check the available car queue.

7. The rental car has first-class insurance, but does not include opportunity costs in the event that the car needs to be repaired due to a collision.
