1. Self-drive car rental

What our car rental company provides is a new rental car that can be used well both day and night. The car is safe so that you can travel to your destination happily.

2. Car rental with a driver

Car rental with a driver is a car rental service and a car driver service. Suitable for those who want to relax during the trip or are not familiar with the route. Having a driver who is familiar with the route and is patient in driving is considered another good option. Most of them are rented for group travel by renting a van with a driver or renting an Alphard with a driver.

3. Airport shuttle service

6. Annual car rental and long-term car rental

Long-term car rental means car rental for 1 year or more. Generally, the lease contract is 3-5 years. Mostly, the car is rented for use in the organization's operations. The car rental fee can be deducted as a company expense to reduce the annual corporate tax.

Car rental in Thailand, the renter must prepare documents for car rental, especially for self-drive car rentals, because the car rental company must check the qualifications of the renter and must approve the car rental. This means that the renter must be screened every time because renting a car to drive yourself is very risky. Sometimes there may be criminals who disguise themselves to rent cars and then steal cars. Therefore, every car rental company must have a policy to screen the renter's documents. Car rental companies in Thailand will set the terms and conditions for car rental as a common rule between the renter and the lessor. Each car rental company has different terms and conditions for car rental. For Exclusive car rental, there are 2 types of car rental terms: terms and conditions for self-drive car rental and terms and conditions for car rental with a driver, which are as follows:

• Terms and conditions for self-drive car rental

1. Fuel

When receiving the car, the car rental company will fill the tank with fuel. Before returning the car, the renter is responsible for filling the tank with fuel. When returning the car, and if the fuel is not returned, if there is time left, the customer can bring the car to fill up with fuel. However, if it is inconvenient, the company will charge a fee of 321 baht plus the actual fuel fee.

2. Business hours: 08.00-20.00 hrs. If the car is received earlier or later than business hours, there is an additional charge of 321 baht/hour.

3. Car insurance

Cars for rent have 3rd class insurance included with the car. The renter's responsibilities
1. When the car crashes and damages the rented car, the renter is responsible for paying the rental fee at the rental rate specified in the rental contract. From the date of return of the car until the car is repaired.
2. If the renter does not want to take the risk in this matter, they can purchase additional SCDW special insurance at a price of 535 baht/day. In the event of damage to the rented car, the renter is not responsible for the time spent taking the car in for repairs. If the renter purchases additional SCDW special insurance, and if there is an additional scratch, the renter is not responsible and will receive a normal deposit back. Special SCDW insurance starts at daily = 535 baht/day, monthly = 10,700 baht/month. It is an option that can be purchased additionally.

4. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after returning the car, which will be transferred to the renter's account.

5. Smoking in the car, fine 3,210 baht.

6. Bringing pets in the car, fine 1,070 baht.

7. Forgetting the key in the car, fine 3,210 baht + employee travel expenses according to the distance.

8. Lost the key, fine starting at 10,700 baht, depending on the car model.

9. In the case of requesting a replacement car during use The replacement car fee is 3,210 baht/time.

10. Do not take the car out of Thailand.

11. Do not rent a car to pawn.
 

• Conditions for renting a car with a driver

1. Rent a car with a driver, service 10 hours/day.

2. If it exceeds working hours, an additional overtime charge (OT) of 321 baht/hour will be charged.

3. The van rental fee with a driver does not include fuel, expressway fees, and parking fees (customers pay the actual cost).

4. If starting work in the afternoon, the last service time is 21.00. If it exceeds that, an additional charge of 321 baht/hour will be charged.

5. If starting work in the morning, the earliest service time is 07.00. If starting earlier, an additional charge of 321 baht/hour will be charged.

6. In the case of going to the province and staying overnight, there is an additional charge of 1,070 baht/night. During the night, the driver must work no later than 21.00 (to allow the driver to rest And can provide service the next day)

7. Maximum speed not exceeding 120 km/hour

8. The renter does not need to pay the driver for food and accommodation.

9. Do not smoke in the rental car.

10. Do not drink alcohol or take drugs in the car.

11. Do not bring illegal items into the car.

12. Do not travel to dangerous areas such as flooded areas, landslide areas, fire areas, protest areas.

Car rentals in Thailand are generally renters who have to pick up their cars at the car rental company's office. When the car rental contract expires, we also have a service to pick up the car back at the renter's home.

6. Other provinces charge a fee based on distance at 30 baht per kilometer.

Or if you pick up and return the car at Exclusive Car Rental, there will be no delivery and return service fee (location).
